Plans for the new tallest building were received by the City of Newark in October. What room has been added to top off the structure enough to make it Newark's tallest ? -- Nat Bodian

Plans for the new tallest building were received last October. A mechanical room has been added with a 22 foot ceiling to top off the structure and make it Newark's new tallest building structure. -- Nat
